My name is Demetria Murphy and I am your certified Hip-Hop Zumba instructor. I have been teaching Zumba for 8 years. Let's just say that I love what I do! My class is a combination of Latin and Afro Beats with a Hip-Hop flair. If you hear a song on the radio, guarantee you'll hear it in class! Come to the hive, have some fun, and be ready to sweat those calories off!

I wanted The Honey Hive to be like no other dance or fitness facility and I think that I have achieved just that. I want to be able to offer different styles of dance and fitness to my hometown of Midwest City and the surrounding cities.

My name is Ashley Wright. I am a mother to three boys. I became a certified Xtreme Hip Hop instructor October 2022. I fell in love with Xtreme hip hop when I attended my first class and that was the beginning of a new passion. When you hear your song and are smiling while you're working out, there is nothing better. I enjoy a workout that doesn't feel like you're working out. Xtreme Step is for women and men both and I hope you enjoy it as much as I do. Can't wait to see you at the hive!!
